Tatry Royale Casino Hotel is a fictional destination in the Polish Tatra mountains, built in the distinctive style of the Goral highlanders—steep shingled roofs, carved larch timber, sun motifs and parzenica embroidery, all set beneath the sharpest granite peaks in the country. Dark larch, highlander berry red, mountain pine and pale peak grey run through the whole casino hotel.

Our signature restaurant is a proper Goral karczma—a carved timber inn with a fire down the middle, long tables and hearty mountain food. Smoked oscypek sheep's cheese grilled with cranberry, kwasnica sauerkraut soup, roast lamb, potato placki and mountain berries. The spirits are Polish and warming, a fiddler plays, and the room sits a few steps from the casino hotel salon.
